What other musical artist/group should the Bluecoats cover?

Recommended Posts

Of course, they'll probably come out with something completely different next year... which is fine and good and probably the right thing to do.

But the Bluecoats did a Billie Holiday theme last year, a Beatles compilation this year. Which other artist/group/album should they cover? Rock, jazz, classical, the possibilities are endless.

Feel free to expand on your ideas with a show name, specific songs/charts/pieces, and prop, drill and costuming ideas. You're the program coordinator!

The obvious response to a Beatles show is a Stones show.

It's almost like I can -feel- the collective hiss from dcp as I type this, but... *whispers* Aerosmith?

Elton John.

Imagine that horn line playing Rocket Man.

And imagine the costumes...

Do a little mashup of The Scorpions and Rammstein.
