This mello literally marches and plays at the same time less the 20 physical yards in the entire show and not much more than that while just marching. It's like a video of a standstill with some hand waving and prop moving interspersed. There is one technical passage on the move and that's at 10:30 in the video. This guy rarely stopped moving the entire show. Yes, I too wish more of that movement was dot-to-dot marching, but to deny that there's demanding movement meant to be in time perfectly with the members around him is just plain ridiculous. That's all it is, the whole show. Jumping, running, choreography, marching...all of it is in time with his neighbors. I don’t care if you can hold a loud note for a long time during a show if you’ve had a break behind the props to gas up the tank and then just stand still doing nothing. I mean in the last 6 minutes of the show he doesn't play for over 3 minutes of it including a full two minute chunk.. What simultaneous responsibility that is there is in small chunks.
