Ha! You know, I think I've made that same mistake before. You are correct, of course: the name is River City Rhythm.

Checking DCX, I find that there was a corps called River City Regiment, and not that long ago: They were an all-age corps based in Sacramento and DCX lists scores for them from 2002 through 2007, typically placing between San Francisco Renegades and SoCal Dream.

So less than 15 years ago, California had three competing all-age corps. Now it has none.
