DFA1970
Season is over competitively for both corps. Probably would still be 1 and 2 if they went to Indy in Open class. Wonder how far they would be in Worlds. Kinda sad but it didn’t seem like they missed a step for a short season.
jonnyboy
The machine is well tuned in northern California. This is the first year in a while they didn't come to championships. Several years ago they used to go to championships every other year, and if memory serves they weren't contenders for gold annually, but did quite well. Another year or two of not doing the full tour and they might stop getting top talent. I do think the machine is in place that can produce a solid product with whomever shows up at the first camp. kdaddy
Did the members generally stay with the corps after the announcement to not attend finals was made? Or did they go elsewhere? I would think Pacific Crest could've gotten a big recruiting bump after that announcement.
