Funny, I think Boston with visuals is meh. They had  a better show last year.

While I do like their show, the middle section always loses me a bit due to how cheesy it comes off as in the context of the rest of the show. A bit disappointing if you ask me, as both Wicked Games and SOS were complete, well-thought-out shows with little to no distracting moments like that.

SCV used their props at this show last year.  Why is it a problem now. And why was this not a problem when the facility was booked.

Field wasn’t wet

MetLife may be a better choice. The venue was great earlier this month. Would be better for TOC than just the first early season show. Or maybe the Linc?

No show should be on a natural grass field.

Not everywhere has major venues with turf or Texas sized high school stadiums

Well I rescind my statement about the Linc. MetLife it is!

I can't believe I am saying this... I agree with you 🙂

But grass would seem like there would be less damage and if it was, more easily fixed.  If synthetic, separating at seams would be a concern.

Not really.  The HOA landscapers cut our extremely small back yard the day after some heavy rain.  The ruts from a standard 22" lawnmower are still there.  It's like walking across cross country skiers tracks.  DCI props would cause a lot more damage with all the different directions they position them.
