Second movement. Solo snare drummer plays a light cadence as a baritone soloist performs, literally ringed by one of the props.

Drum line has removed their equipment and are doing serious dance work up front during this movement of the show.

Great unison flag toss by the guard!

Ahh, she’s not a guard member playing horn, she’s a featured performer playing a horn.

Next movement has a drum feature. Snares and tenors as a whole, then the bass line on its own, then the full section.

Credit to the Raiders for the balance between their brass and percussion. The drum line is pretty full (7 snares, 3 tenors, 5 basses), and is about the same size as the horns, but I don’t feel like the brass is getting overpowered by the drums.

We’ve had a few epic solos flag tosses while running through these gateway props.

Our main character appears from the trees set up in the back left of the field as a baritone soloist plays the Nature Boy melody.
