As a "dyed green in the wool" Cavaliers supporter, I'm disappointed with them outsourcing merch to a third party. For several reasons. Most notably that the merch itself isn't that great, and second most notably the people working the booth ( while being very fine people) aren't associated with the Cavaliers. Seems very impersonal to me. Maybe it's because I drove the souvie truck for 8 days of tour one year.
