It’s not unheard of in this day and age. Most corps have two front conductors, so it’s not unreasonable to have two more. oldsnare Posted January 1, 2020 Share Posted January 1, 2020 I understand that we are trying to differentiate between female and male; so maybe Drum Major that is female or Drum Major that is Male takes away the gender bias for some.
