And some would still complain about management....

or membership being coed

or that the show was not "Madison" enough

or why it took so long for this management team to get a win

or that their average placement over their 13 years in charge is still not top six

Uh-huh. Your past several posts on how people would react to a hypothetical have all been assumptions. Your first and most basic assumption being:  if they were to win a ring...

Also since you seem to like to get the last word, I’ll go ahead and say I’m moving on from this sidebar.

you crack me up. history proves me right. it's human and drum corps nature

No complaints here.  Just waiting for the rubber to meet the road!  Let the evidence be your guide.

Alright!

Go Madison Scouts!

A few things going on,

The Madison Scouts going coed- Awesome! The possibilities are endless. James Brown, some Don Ellis, new music is good! Fresh.

Alumni Project going to Mardi Gras doing the parade, all Bflat instrumentation. No more G. It's gonna sound... let's just say loud! Can't wait to hear it. It is the first time we have branched out. I am thinking about playing saxophone, things are moving in the right direction.

Doing Drum Corps is not easy.

Sometimes it's very unforgiving.

Year 83! A lot can happen in a year. I took 4th at DeKalb back in 1988. A lot can happen in a few months.

I look forward to the season. I always do.
