query for the learned.  3 World class contests at Lucas:  Finals, top 12.  Got it.  But how many in Semi-Finals the night before?  If this is the Big Loud and Live contest they're advertising 15 but may be truncated from the actual contest due to duration limitations.

big loud and live is usually Prelims (thursday night) and that is everyone but they only show the last 15 in the theater show.

Semi's went back to being top 25 a few years ago, I would assume that will remain, plus you will get the bonus of seeing the 430 member Bluecoats 50th anniversary Alumni corps perform at the end of Semis.

Finals will still be 12, unless there is a tie for 12th in Semis
