It sounded great in the lot pre drink. Needs better design

Regiment needs a new design team, brass writer and guard person! Regiment's guard used to be the gold standard.

Who are you? Other than anonymous and irresponsible?

Here is a thought - let the organization announce changes then we can cross post them here

Algernon is a mouse.  Don't you remember.  Fitting somehow.

Hopefully a new director and brass arranger at Cadets.

Cadets don't need a new director. They need brass and marching staff. The director has done a lot of good work since he got there.

The Cadets Director change is a done deal. Denise is cleaning house. Wouldn't be surprised if Tom Aungst & Neil Larivee are the only Senior Staff/Design returning.

Not a bad thing.

Who she is able to bring in/coax & beg  to come back remains to be seen.

I wouldn't be opposed to new blood -  those more on the cutting edge of the activity. After all this is what made the Cadets the Cadets...

And you know this for sure because??????:master:

In what world does a staff coordinator have authority over a corps director? Isn't a staff coordinator hired by the corps director to put the educational staff in place?

She did when Santa Clara canned Jeff Fielder. She was the messenger then when Jeff was sent home midseason. She can be the Cadets messenger now.

SCV and BD marched 9 FWIW. They were able to play clean.

Yes, but from June to near the end of the season, Boston was said to have a tough drum book.  Maybe tougher than SCV and the BD.  I also learned that nowadays, it's more about clean than difficulty.  So caption heads have to find a happy medium between clean, tough, and hopefully music that fits what the brass is playing.  (Not bad for a single valve guy huh?)

well, which job? 2019 Staff Coordinator or 2020 Corps Director?

Stop with the cat and mouse info. If you have info tell us otherwise keep quiet till you can. It's all very childish.
