KeithHall
We all had that ONE show that we still remember! Where was it? What year? Why was it great? Memory about it? GO

GO "Greatest Show": 1965 World Open Finals. Marched off with sixth place, defeated one of our two cross town rivals on their/ours home turf Bridgeport CT. Great memory. OldSnareDrummer
1973 Madison Wisc @ The Capitolaires' show. We won. Not that it was SCV-type competition we were up against, but is was our first ever win and it felt great. We rode that high to the next show on Sunday in Ottawa, IL and won again, this time beating a couple of fairly good corps. That was it for the wins on the year, but for a brief weekend, we were on top of the world.
Rocketman
1973 - RCA Finals. Was a trying year for the Rockets that resulted in them not fielding a corps the next year. 1974 - We did an exhibition at a senior corps show that was just great 1975 - North Tonawanda New York. Brass staff - gone, Visual staff - gone. Came in 6th out of 9 with a whopping 48.90. That dropped to 34.05 three weeks later. Corps disbanded. 1976 - DCI Prelims. 1977 - DCI Prelims (should have won) 1978 - DCI Finals (should have won) 1979 - DCI Finals (should have won) I may be a little biased.
