Beautiful Cathedral inside and out there in Covington. But before you move you may have to research Goetta*  and St. Walburga.

*Covington-Cincy-Dayton answer to Philadelphia's scrapple but made with oats and meat rather than cornmeal and meat. Newport even has a Goetta-fest with 42 ways to eat it.

Jim was born and raised in Cincinnati.  He marched in the Queen City Cadets before the Kilties.  He brings home goetta from Stahlin’s every time we go down there.  He was a west sider from Colerain.
