Ugh. The internet is so ephemeral.

Even more unfortunately the internet managed to destroy much of what existed before it.

It's a bit like the end of Fahrenheit 451. If you want to preserve something, you need to do it yourself. We all should be copying all the content so that it's not destroyed on someone's whim.

Used to be a great site called Drum and Bugle Corps of North America (dbcna.com). It went away and found it again with something like wayback(sp?). Learned my lesson and copy every website I might want to look at later. And of course backup to cd....
