Once all the Discovery & other motions are complete they will then need to schedule the actual trial. And that involves finding enough open space on 3 calendars (prosc. & defense counsel plus judge). And there are other cases in the queue ahead of the one we are most interested in. If what she said to Ms. Nadonly differs from what she said to the police, that would hurt her credibility, but the charges are based on the police report. That being said, a good prosecutor could easily brush over inconsistencies. My thought is the video will not be released, the defense lawyers may know this, and that may be part of the strategy.
