I would think that even this lesser guilty plea would still prevent him from winning his lawsuit against YEA.  No?  He still broke his contractual obligations of conduct, etc? 🤔 

And the same for any of the victim's possible civil suits?  :giljotiini:

I think the only way there will be a civil suit is if the lawyers are hired on the basis that their fee is a cut (usually 33%) of any monies won.  Unless one of the victims has deep pockets.

When we’d drive to DC rehearsal in the 70’s, there was always drama in the car.  Teenagers and bf/gf drama.  One guy had a little tape player and when the drama started, he’d play the Perry Mason theme music.
