I’m going with 4.  Sociopathic behavior.

What are the 7 traits of a sociopath?
Profile of the Sociopath
  • Glibness and Superficial Charm.
  • Manipulative and Conning. They never recognize the rights of others and see their self-serving behaviors as permissible. ...
  • Grandiose Sense of Self. ...
  • Pathological Lying. ...
  • Lack of Remorse, Shame or Guilt. ...
  • Shallow Emotions. ...
  • Incapacity for Love.
  • Need for Stimulation.

He pretty much runs the table there

Or, as my mom put it after reading his blog the summer I marched, "He's a real self-righteous son of a #####."

It sounds like his position is that he didn’t do anything wrong, which leads me to wonder whether:

1. He knows what he did and knows it is wrong, but is claiming innocence in order to avoid punishment.

2. He knows what he did but doesn’t think it was wrong.

3. He is in complete denial and doesn’t think he did anything to begin with.

4. He lacks the capacity to care about anyone else or anything other than what he wants, and thus doesn’t really understand what wrongness is other than something to avoid the appearance of to others who do.

5. Something else.

Guessing #4 with side order of #3.

Only time I saw him was at an exhibition show. Supposed to be couple of corps doing preseason show and that’s it. Instead gh took the mic before Cadets show and went on for over 5 minutes. People around me were muttering “it’s not about you” which pretty much said it all

These stories sure make me glad I marched for Jeff Fiedler.
