That one is great.

I think it's their 1979 show... in about a one-minute span near the end, they do three classic Troopers visuals... the Sunburst, the rifles around the drum major, and the rifle toss over the flags. And the audience is going nuts!!!

1980's BlueDevils had a huge, hollow wooden box that resonated like a Buick.

 

They had different podiums by James Gulke's era in the 90's, but I vividly remembering him doing some mark-time at BD. I wonder who the last person or corps to incorporate even some of that element into their conducting style.
