McCormick Place; I'm not sure if this is good news or bad news.  But it is good for the Chicago nation.  Been to a few conventions in the largest center in the US.  Beautiful facility.

Just saw that the center where the Detroit auto show was to be held will be converted too. Small irony is was just in Detroit and their auto show used to be in January but just too cold so it was changed

Also bravo to Army Corps of Engineers for the work they are doing around the country. Have to give a shout out as that’s where my dad served

The Javits center in midtown Manhattan is also in process of becoming a hospital.

Doesn't it open tomorrow?

I think so...just saw on the news it has been set up with 3,000 beds for non-virus patients to free up the hospitals for the virus patients.

Good idea and same plan for the east coast hospital ship. Won’t spread out the respiratory distress specialists by having coronavirus patients in even more separate locations

The USNS Comfort is also being used for non C-19 patients.

We tried to watch it. I made it 5 minutes longer than Britt did...which was about 10 minutes lol. I managed to build a cue to sell though so I guess that's good. 20200328-150757.jpg20200328-150629.jpg20200328-150559.jpg

Sorry for the late post, just finished working back-to back 12 hour shifts.

This is absolutely beautiful. Looks like some very intricate in-lay work. And nothing beats the natural color and grain wood especially the exotic hardwoods. Nice work.

Should've been April 30th in the first place.

Actually, scratch that, should be extended through May as well.
