Are you referring to this? #SneakySnake (MadTV) I see several class action lawsuits. https://www.digitalmusicnews.com/2020/04/10/ticketmaster-quietly-changes-refund-policy/?fbclid=IwAR2LhHMZcccDB6QOgj0fhG7XHU_MUL9S9Lvr7bmA86oYrOQ7YuKtVuac8wc NYT Article from April 8th: https://www.nytimes.com/2020/04/08/arts/music/ticketmaster-refunds-coronavirus.html?fbclid=IwAR2SU6tI4ERYr8LRNksVNwa3oHEt4vRr_-ytOtj5KcMwAV7DasNpCNyAwSs Edited April 14, 2020 by keystone3ply addition
keystone3ply
I just checked Ticketmaster's social media pages & it's gone crazy! The people have spoken & they are ######. Here's a supplement to the article I posted above. https://www.abc15.com/news/national/coronavirus/ticketmaster-claims-its-refund-policy-has-been-consistent-despite-change-in-wording-on-website?fbclid=IwAR0Tw4MR50v2p7dDUPC-VHnRxX6qQ6Zu8ga9Hn1FUqx5Usc3MXn-AuUUWBc Edited April 14, 2020 by keystone3ply correction

For most corps, that's nearly all. And you would be wrong. Several corps are keeping $1500-$2000 of the tuition already paid in, and billing for the difference if a member had yet to pay that amount.
keystone3ply
There's nothing like a "strongly worded" to get your attention of potential wrong doing. I don't think this effects DCI events, but certain concert events were being labeled as "postponed" without a makeup date where Ticketmaster, owned by Live Nation, would not have to issue refunds. Customers were requesting refunds as Ticketmaster updated their policy in the middle of the night, then denying the consumer's request. Of course, all hell broke loose on social media, complaints to the BBB, complaints to congressional representatives, and complaints to various tv stations. Their FaceBook timeline is a great read right now with many 4-letter words & other abusive language. Ghost
I asked Boston for the two refunds for the 80th Anniversary gigs. Just saw an e-mail from Eventbrite that IAM uses, so those amounts are heading to the local food bank.
