IMO it does not matter whether Blue Devils get the elusive three peat, They are the most decorated corps in the history of DCI, and have finished in the top five for over 40 years and have won the DCI World Championship title more than any other performing group. That says it all.

Yeah I agree about the 3 peat talk. It was a topic 20 or so years ago but it's just not a biggie. Let the Cavies and Cadets enjoys that. I think BD owns at least 90 percent of the records. Total Brass, Guard, GE, not sure about percussion but probably top 2.

I can think of a certain corps from Canton that would like a say in the matter! 🤗 ✌️

Those are stupid rules. It counts as a three-peat if it occurs in three competitive years.

This might be an unpopular opinion; but I would rather have the Blue Devils entertain the h**l out of me than win a title.

They entertained the hell out of me last year, AND I wish they would have nabbed a silver!😂

I dont see it as unpopular, it's your opinion and I respect it. I would say that since 2014, BD has gotten alot of love and has been entertaining. I am basing that on the 2010-2013 years on DCP. Anyone who was around back then remembers how volatile it was for BD and anyone who supported them.

I don't know the rules for the olympics.

It's in the drum corps rules, look it up

Yeah....that's not how it works.  YOU made the claim, so YOU have to substantiate it.

And BD is so bad*** they could do Rick Astley and still finish top two.

Maybe, they might even place first, just not in three consecutive calendar years which are the requirements for a three-peat in drum corps 😉
