What three consecutive corps shows would you quarantine with?

Recommended Posts

One rule we should enforce: if you have to name the corps and/or the year, it shouldn’t count:

That One Second

Session 44

As Dreams are Made On

2016 Carolina Crown - "Relentless"

2017 Santa Clara Vanguard - "Ourobouros"

2018 Santa Clara Vanguard - "Babylon"

The mello sustain alone might be enough to get me through a decade of isolation.

Bluecoats 2015
Carolina Crown 2016
Bluecoats 2017

Had a hard time deciding between doing BK 2014 at the start of that list, or Bluecoats at the end with 2017. Had to go with Bluecoats 2017, I just love the music so much that it alone could get me through quarantine.

Honorable Mention (Please don't crucify me, just listing for fun!):
Cavaliers 2008
Carolina Crown 2009
Phantom Regiment 2010

Alternative rule proposal - if you look at the show name and draw a blank, it shouldn’t count. I’m guessing BD for those shows. As to the years?  I got nothing. Must be within the last ten years

Another list could certainly include Madison Scouts from the 90s. While not usually in contention for the title, Madison had a great 1990s when it came to entertainment and lighting-up the crowd like a fireworks show on July 4.

Take Madison Scouts 1995, 96, and 97

Or Madison 1993, 94, 95 or 97, 98, 99

1995 and 1997 Madison were two of the most audience friendly shows of their era. Crowds went nuts from the moment they marched on the field to the finals strains of their shows. Other than Phantom 2008 and a few others I've rarely seen a crowd react to a show like they did with Madison in 1995 and 1997. Madison 1999 was also up there.

I declare you the winner of some sort of prize. You played twice in quick succession and violated the rules both times. I only did once. Well done!

I know. I deserve any criticism coming my way for not following instructions. 🙂

Lots of great shows don't have titles.
