I don't think you will see much of a difference in most. For those who scale back a bit I also don't think you will see much of a difference in cost. Fine with me, too... but not expecting such changes. What would cause these characteristics to change? We will have the same judges rewarding the same things under the same rules, and most of the same corps convinced that the kids (now the same kids, thanks to the age rule waiver) want the same things. And as long as there is even one corps still capable of pulling all those elements together, that will continue to be the standard to which all corps must aspire in order to compete. Tours might be different in 2021 due to forces majeure... but even that will only be in 2021, I think.
