One morning got stopped for a bomb check with the local Rin Tin Tin and his handler going over the car and guard watching me. When done I told Guard watching me “that was interesting have a good one”. He told me I was the only one stopped in a good mood and only one who thanked him. Forget which one of us said it but line that applies is: “you gotta do what you gotta do” (for the safety of everyone). Sad that’s not seen enough. Hope Bristol has a good parade and people “do what they gotta do” in terms of protecting themselves and others. I did not go to Bristol this year but saw a Tweet from someone who did. Crowds were much smaller, mostly locals, at least according to this person. Regarding masks and social distancing, most New England states have been pretty good for a while. Even New Hampshire and Vermont with strong Libertarian views seemed to have few problems with masks. There have been a few minor spikes in some NE states but those states had few cases in the first place.

Living in PA think that’s because we have seen how bad it got and learned. But now creeping back up.... oops NE meaning Northeast Edited July 4, 2020 by JimF-LowBari
