It’s probably because I’m a brass player.  I was dazzled by the brassline.

I thought this was a 2000 year thread.

Ok fine. I see the OT police are here.

i don’t know if you have conversations, but they often veer in different directions.  At least, we were still talking about drum corps and not Rona.  🙄

I'm a huge fan of Spin Cycle 2003 (real name?). Can' wait for the 2004 thread because that is a battle btw Cavies and BD to the end.

I'll take Four Corners' show design over both Niagara Falls and Frameworks.  Probably the weakest performance of the three, but the best actual show.

Mike

03 turned me off because of watching a rehearsal. a section of the show was challenging the snares...and the staff just repped it, said "fix it", and repped it again. and again. and again....for at least 30 minutes.at some point you have to give more feedback abut why its not lining up and how to fix it...never happened

That's cool that the Cadets went undefeated. Was that the only time they did? Obviously the 3 peats in the early 80's but I don't know if any of those seasons was undefeated.

Interesting ... I thought for sure they had at least one more undefeated season, but 2000 looks like it was the only one. Even 2005, which to that point tied Cavies for highest score in history, was a season where they started nearly three points behind the Cavies.
