Nadolny has done more good for this activity than many corps directors have

And she’ll never get credit for it

Is this the same 'cheerleading world' that wants to expand into Drum Corps?

Yup. And she’s exposed quite a bit. They actually make dci look good

Back in 1977 when I was drum major for my high school marching band I was assaulted by a drunk woman at the LaCrosse Octoberfest parade. She thought it would be fun to go in for a kiss while grabbing my crotch. I was 16.
The crowd egged her on. If that sort of thing happened today the city of Lacrosse, WI would be sued into oblivion. I’m so happy to finally see the light shined upon this abuse.

To publicly humiliate and sexually abuse a teenager like that is awful.  Sorry you had to endure that.  She's lucky you didn't whack her on the head with your mace.

That’s disgusting.  She sexually assaulted you and people were probably laughing It off.  And with the mindset as it is, probably treating it differently because you were a young man.  I’ve read about young men being sexually assaulted by their woman teachers and people saying such vile things as “what is he complaining about?”  Men or women being assaulted is no different and should be treated the same.

That was one of the things that changed with the sexual harassment training I had every year since early 90s. Started with male harassing female then few years later added female harassing male in the information and examples. While back added same gender SH.

About ten years back there was additional training in sexual assault (don’t take this after lunch 🤮). That one had a great example of “Taylor” and “Sam”. At the end one of the questions is “what gender did you ASSUME these two are”. Kinda wakes you up to your own thinking/bias.
