But of all of these corps, I'm assuming that this covers ALL of the different classifications in the history of DCI? Because there are some names on there that seem really strange for winning a "championship" (Florida Wave??? Revolution??) Anyway...just curious... cheezedogg 23
yea, have of those are even D1 corps, well not half. And i'm sure there are more names than that. because that doesn't seem like enough, i could be wrong though.
70sxmenbass
Add the Crossmen - 1979 DCI Associate Champions Edited September 5, 2003 by 70sxmenbass
MikeN
Yep, that's an all-divisions list. :) That's why there's names we don't automatically think of. (I mean, who off the top of their head puts the Mandarins and the Cadets at the same #?) Mike
ravedodger
I'd like to see the AL and VFW list; if one exists. Cadets, Cavies, and Troopers would be all over those two--I think.
ravedodger
Here's another one: What about the Shriners? I know they used to sponsor some shows back in the day ('60's & '70's?). Did they also have championships?

MikeD
Here's another one:What about the Shriners? I know they used to sponsor some shows back in the day ('60's & '70's?). Did they also have championships? In 71 and 72, the Shriners International show in Toronto was considered a championship of sorts. I think prior to that as well, but those are the years I marched the show. Mike
Jd83
Add the Crossmen - 1979 DCI Associate Champions That situation was handled POORLY. IMO, Crossmen should have been in Finals and Cavies should have been out. BTW, it's nice to see the Southernaires mentioned on the list (DCI Class A Champions).
