He practically invented the G-Bugle. Gifted arranger, taught many horn lines, Kilties legend, and if I'm not mistaken, influenced how horn lines are judged to this day.
ironlips
Here's an incomplete bio for Ken: https://www.wdchof.org/members/norman-ken/ A list of corps who did not play his music would be shorter than its opposite. He's touched us all in one way or another and we're all pulling for him.

Mike Duffy did 71, 72, and 73, and if I'm not mistaken he is the only arranger to finish 1st and 2nd in the same year, 1972; Kingsmen and Blue Stars. Kit Squires arranged 1974. 1

ironlips
Ken Norman: Albert Einstein-meets-Andy Warhol...with a bugle. Around 1976 he sent me a letter (remember how much fun those were?) that contained a frivolous mashup bugle arrangement he called "Star-Wocky...a commentary on Drum Corps". As Shellmer was fond of saying, "Nobody can carry his pencil case." FD
