Dansize Posted August 5, 2021 Share Posted August 5, 2021 So the sound quality from Flo tonight might best be described as "muffled." I say this as a guy that has worked as a live sound engineer. I recognize that every location is different from another. But the fixed mic locations are just that. Fixed. 20 feet up at the 35's and 50. By now (3 years into the contract) I'd hope that they would have consistent practices on how to set ranges and sound levels for a more consistent product. Pit mics are a different animal. jwillis35 Posted August 5, 2021 Share Posted August 5, 2021 Great show again by the Cadets! Wow are they powerful, in tune, and the show is so wonderful to watch. I had to laugh a little at the brass line as they were exiting the field. Apparently instructions got messed up and there were like 3 different ideas going about how they were leaving the field.
