Wikipedia pages in danger of being deleted

Recommended Posts

Recently, Wikipedia admins Drmies, Acroterion, and Chestford have been flagging many drum corps articles for supposed breaches of Wikipedia guideline's, claiming that they are not notable enough. Wikipedia is a very valuable resource for many drum corps fans, summarizing the history of individual corps, and assisting fans in finding show summaries.

What I'm not asking you to do is attack these administrators, but to clean up these pages and add much needed secondary sources.

People wonder why I backup webpages when researching. The credo of if its on the web it’s there forever doesn’t always hold true.

DCI can barely run what they have up right now on their website. I wouldn't expect them to actively seek out more work and more coding. I'm not being critical, either.

Really, really hoping we can keep the wikipedia pages alive.

And Snoopy looks busy, must be typing “it was a dark and stormy night”. 🥴
