maybe a token controversial question or 2 will get through to look like they are appeasing folks

So are we done with the 'prop safety' thread hijack & now going down the slotting rabbit hole?

my reply had to do with their reply to my comments about the upcoming Q&A with a touch of humor thrown in

i'm sure the Q&a will have some scripted points they want to address, but since the elephant in the staff bus is out there, they may allow a question or 2 on this topic to come up so they can give it lip service and gloss over it with prepared PR schill

My smoke alarm is 15 feet up and I’m afraid to change the battery.  From up there it feels like I’m on top of the Empire State Building.

In laws had living room like that and every now and then I’d be asked to replace the battery as thing was beeping. I’d just ask for a ladder that reached and get a blank look. It was beneath them to ask their neighbors how they replaced theirs. 🤯
