Who is the other World Class corps referenced?  Thanks...

Wasn't it the Oregon Crusaders who had similar issues?

Yes... forgot about them..' thought of them as " Open Class ", but they were in the " World Class Division " in DCI. I had Spirit of Atlanta and Oregon Crusaders that bit the dust because they apparently learned very little in their lesson about what went on with Cadets under Hoppy's rein there.

I know one is probably SOA, but I wouldn't count them out yet.  Through the years, they've always seemed to be on the edge of the "financial cliff" but they have always survived.  If they can survive this financial hurdle following COVID with the oncoming restructure, I think they'll rebound.  (At least I hope they do.)  There are still many good folks in the organization plus they have a strong alumni base.

 Oregon Crusaders.

Spirit took the season off. Maybe they'll find a way to return to the field after they hopefully clean up their act there.

I have the same problem about Pioneer. Think of them as OC then… oops WC (lower level)…

Lower level by OC standards as well. 36th place. 5.65 below the next WC corps. At least they went out with a bang.

When I think bang with Pioneer, the bang is the sound of a tire blowing out.
ok my family background is transportation so go figure. And still remember dad standing on the brakes on an interstate because the semi next to us had a recapped tread coming off. When it came off it dented the door of the car next to it.

When I read about corps transportation  woes I think about that
