DCI posted a video that was specific on the visual performance winners in the 2000s. They claimed that the Blue Devils won that caption in 2008, but.... and if memory serves me correctly, The Cavaliers won that caption. I'm just a bit confused and I could be wrong and got it mixed up with a different year. Just curious if anyone can help me jog my memory. Cavies did take visual performance on finals night with a 19.80, BD was right behind them at 19.70. But if the captions in 2008 was averaged all three nights, then BD won visual performance by a landslide. Quarterfinals BD won with a 19.90 to Cavies 19.60............and Semi's BD popped a 20.00 to Cavies 19.80. So even with Cavies winning the caption finals night, BD would have still won by a comfortable margin. So if it was just finals night, than yes Cavies won. I thought that too and it is a possibility. I meant no disrespect in my comments because I have a general understanding of how difficult it can be to make a video. It's been a bit since I was a junior in high school at the time and it was thr first season I actively followed... it has a special place in my heart.
