SCV's leadership is as scared of MAASIN as Republicans are of the NRA (some of their BOD will read this, and they should know the rest of the activity is looking at them and wondering WTF). If Vanguard finishes 7th in visual proficiency they'll at least be secure in feeling they were virtuous. Most likely is he did not get along well with someone else on the staff that is more important to the organization. One good argument can lead to an investigation.
