cixelsyd Posted June 12, 2022 Share Posted June 12, 2022 Not seeing any news items for this, but the DCA website corps listing now has categories for: WORLD CLASS CORPS DCA Open Class is a full-field competitive division with corps typically between 86 and 128 members. OPEN CLASS CORPS DCA Open Class is a full-field competitive division with corps typically between 65 and 85 members. CLASS A CORPS DCA Class A is a full field competitive division with corps between 26 to 64 members. Hard to tell if these are even legitimate. No corps are listed as "world class". The "open class" listing contains corps that have declared inactive or class A status. And the "class A" listing includes a "Req 35 members" reference, and a link to a subpage that still lists the old categories (only open and A). Can anyone confirm what the real deal is? DCA CORPS – Drum Corps Associates World Class Reading Buccaneers, Hawthorne Caballeros, Bushwackers, White Sabers Open Class Atlanta CV, Cincinnati Tradition, Hurricanes, Rogues Hollow Regiment Class A Columbus Saints, Fusion Core, Govenaires, Skyliners The Mini-Corps and Alumni Corps have not been updated yet.
