Based on Bob's plea Surf appears not to have enough income coming in. Housing is not the issue. Transportation and food are the big expense. Some will be their fault, some will not. I’ll skip the dissertation on non-profit arts management and simply say... If you can skip a latte this week, give what you’d have spent on that to them. A shortfall like this, to me, means development didn’t make its numbers, and thus less students and less fees from those who did march compounded the already existing problem. im increasing budget estimates for stuff 6 months to a year out 1.3x-3.3x depending on the metropolitan area of the project and the gear needed. At minimum the corps should have additional oversight the remainder of the season, similar to what happened with Pioneer the last couple weeks of the 2018 season.
