Huh It's not even a glitch like reloading or buffering its actually Flo Marching putting up "technical diffculties" I've not seen commericals either though just that at times. Have you seen commercials? Oh wait first commerical! Also. it could be when they go to show an 'in the lot' video or something? I didn't have one before Guardians like some of the others.
