There are too many contractual agreements, too many union bosses, too many corps with their show-day schedules already set, and too many downstream effects that a delay just doesn't seem to be in the cards UPDATE: I'm wrong; DCI is pushing the start time back by 10 minutes (as of 6:30), and perhaps they'll push it back a bit more if necessary, don't know.
