Yes they do. If you are a sustaining member of The Shield, 50% of your contribution goes into an endowment fund. It’s been in place for several years now.

You mean, there's a drum corps that actually has a plan that extends past next August? Astounding! Setting up an endowment (anniversary dates being totally irrelevant, actually) sure beats cookie
