There is stuff at SCV that we know we don’t know, and probably stuff we don’t know we don’t know ($0.02 to Don Rumsfeld). C.Holland Posted March 8, 2023 Share Posted March 8, 2023 A new ED has to first come in and evaluate every bit of the picture, finances, operations, etc. you then gotta start building relationships for development, while you're trying to dig out of the hole already your org is in. while youre trying to staff it all. you also have to cut costs... and you have to find board types to come in gung ho who are BOTH talented and excited to help you dig out of the hole... whoever gets this... good luck. 3 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Or look outside. Since one could arguably say that the 2024 season begins (organizationally) in September, which is now 6 months away, the notion of them coming out next year is beginning to look like an impossibility as well.
