Old clunky mainframe sending info and once in a while the info would be cut off. Of course it’s my sides fault cuz old and clunky had been running for years. Finally found something that wasn’t a letter or number was being sent. Old and clunky people “yeah we know about it but doesn’t cause any problems”. 🤦♂️ (for you no, for us 🤯).
