I do believe that the majority of the seats will be under some type of "cover". So you may be cold,but at least you'll be dry. When the Giants built Met Life there was a lot of talk about a retractable roof. But the Giants said that, even though its their stadium,if there is a retractable roof, the NFL,not the team,decides when its open or closed. So,no roof.
