Everything that I have compiled relating to SCV and their collapse is going to be data dumped at:

It might not seem like much, but early in the year when I attempted to start the complaint process through SCV's own communication channels their Whistleblower policy pointed to a dead link. No one owned the domain. So if one read their policy and clicked on the link they got "this site can't be reached".
So I took the domain after two months passed after notifying SCV.
A few clarifying things. I do not work for or serve Vanguard by the way. I am a friend only. Alum. I am not sharing my name because you bet I do not want to share my name. I did create this id for purposes of posting here.
Am not planning to visit vmapa.org so have no idea what it says.
