they havent done anything since Mid July.. currently they will be seeded perhaps 4th or 5th in Marion, but we shall see what they've been doing with all that time.  Spartans, Gold, usual suspect.  Big surprise so far is the swift ascent of Battalion this year.  They just came back from a plague week and cancelled show to jump  3 full points, and are ranked 2nd behind Spartans right now.  Gold/Spartans will duke it out tonight (3rd), and Battalion/Columbians on teh 4th.. They had a really effective show, and they took advantage of some other corps having down years.

yeah but magic was only open class because of the DCI rule that they had sat out too long and had to come back in open,  that was a world class corps with a world class design competing in open class shows.
