The Cavaliers 2025 conversations started several weeks ago.  The Cavaliers administration team have been working their tails off to get things locked in as soon as possible.  Several key areas have already been completed.  Staff announcements cannot be released until after Labor Day.

I have a lot of suggestions and ideas and criticisms about the last several seasons but I will restrain myself to just one

Cadets did this at one point too,  it felt like their shows were more about trying to be and look like the cadets instead of just being the cadets.  I remember one year, i think 2016, after watching the theater broadcast of the first show my thoughts on the cadets was that the show was like watching a caricature of the cadets.

Count me in the "I'm excited to see what they put together" category.   It may take some time for the team to coalesce but I could see them make a big step forward in designing a jump up the standings.

In the absence of Gaines, Weber is the next best choice if they are trying to recapture the feel of the aughts.

I REALLY like Subel for indoor, but wonder if he's a little too esoteric for the field.

The rest of the team looks great.
