2025 Favorite Shows

It's a solid year,  I found in Allentown as opposed to other years I may have only once gotten a little zoned out during maybe 1 or 2 shows this year and usually I find there are many more that just don't click for me.

Definately loved Bluecoats, SCV, Phantom, Troopers, and Cascades

Thoroughly enjoyed BD, Mandarins (loved the drum covers), Colts, Blue Knights, Spirit, Crossmen (Such a simple theme done so well), Genesis,  and Spartans

Not sold, but they were good Boston, Crown, Cavaliers, Blue Stars, PC, Music City, Madison, and Academy

Edited to add Mandarins cause I forgot them in the original listing

My son always says the Mandarins are the "often overlooked" corps... Sounds like he ain't wrong. 🤣

Solid year no doubt. For me in San Antonio I did not get zoned out during any of the shows. Everything just clicked for me. These Members in the corps today have so much talent and heart. They are putting performances out there for us fans to enjoy. 

Loved Crusaders , Mandarins, BD, Blue Stars , Phantom.

Enjoy them all. 

Not sold on the clutter but were good, Bluecoats.

There are aspects of most shows I am interested in, though not all. That said, this year for me there are only a handful of full shows I am fully interested in: BD, Bluecoats, Boston and to a lesser extent Mandarins. There is no Drum Corps Bride this year. And for me, no Babylon.

I knew I missed someone, Mandarins would be in the Thoroughly enjoyed category.  Didn't mean to slight them in the least

Glad you had a great time at Allentown. My son said the crowd was lit and the corps fed off it.

it was an amazing weekend, especially after one night getting rained out the last couple years.  the weather was perfect, and there was even a slight breeze at times.  I got my allentown rain on the drive in on thursday as a huge storm passed through the area just as i needed to stop to recharge and grab lunch.  got soaked to the bone.
