Which Storylines are you watching closest?

Mine… in order of importance. Some less likely to occur but here goes… 

1. Spirit of Atlanta keeps chopping the wood for the next two days and closes gap on top 12 on Thursday. Then breaks through on Friday. There’s nothing I’d rather hear on Saturday than the voiceover in their show that says “Spirit, welcome home”, as they form the Delta to close the show… with “home” being a top 12 slot. 
 

2. Cavaliers up it a notch and hang on to 8th position through the entire weekend. Moving up 3 slots with a first year staff bodes well for my men in Green. 
 

3. Phantom nudges out both Crown and BD to take 4th. What a great year they’ve had! 
 

4. BAC wins their first championship in corps history. 
 

5. FloMarching runs flawlessly (one can dream). 
 

what are you most focused on?

Some of them could happen. Maybe the crowd can will some of them to happen. But the current spread of scores in some of these situations makes them unlikely.

If #1 happens (maybe the least likely of these … along with #5 🤣) I’m going to need to replenish my supply of Kleenex.

I know it’s a big ask… but my son’s rookie year with Cavaliers (2017) I posted something similar regarding Cavaliers overtaking Bluecoats after trailing them all season. And on Saturday night they got their first win over Bluecoats that season… by .037 to take 4th. 
 

Aim small, miss small. I think SOA may still. Have something up their sleeve. 💙

Unless it's a highly competitive guard, I don't think it will make much difference

Of course I'm watching the top two... who's gonna win the Gold this year?

Then of course I'm watching that battle for third... who else is going to medal?

I also want to see Mandarins score high enough for the 5th/6th place corps to be worried... keep them in the conversation for top 6 next year.

all of the above. i dont think any one spot is set. where will Spartans land Friday? Gold and Battalion....Battalion keeps getting so close but....the Spirit/Madison/PC battle...Academy and Crossmen.....stuff up and down. this may be the least predictable finals week in eons
