Murderous definitely conjures many thoughts, @saxfreq1128.

Since no one is sharing anything, I’ll throw out something. I heard some SCV staff are feeling confident that they might have the show to beat this year.  Take it for what it is but don’t usually hear that type of boasting from them in early season.  Game on, everyone. 😜

That's good actually, to have that kind of confidence this early, but i also like that they use the operative word "Might" which shows some level of caution.

SCV is a beast! Just look at how they've fought through their struggle, came back and still being this good, that team should be praised. I'm expecting something really good from them.

Using the 3 Division of US map, West, Central and East, I may make a correction lol. For BC/Easterners combine championships, It is 4 not 3 combined, BC-2, BAC-1, CC-1 currently.

Evening though they're non existing today, honoring their history The Cadets would have counted making it a combine 14 championships.

Living here in the great state of Maine, the eastern most state, I can't get my brain around some folks here claiming Bluecoats as an Eastern corps.  Canton is literally a two day bus ride away.

Boston, Crown, Spartans, 7th and most senior corps are Eastern corps, as well as the memories of Cadets, Bridgemen, 27th Lancers, Northstar, and about 100 others.

Bluecoats are a Midwestern corps to we Easterners.

Yes that's true, but there are more than one division maps of the US. I've always seen BC as a eastern corps ever since lol, and that's not wrong either. They fell under eastern when it's divided into three, but when divided into four divisions they are Midwest. Right on the border of both lol.. 🤷‍♂️

Bloo however has been generally considered midwest. They were DCM members

But they ditched DCM by the early/mid-1990's for DCEast (and then DC Atlantic).

I'm from OH, and I'll always consider any OH city 'midwest' and never east.  But in the interest of full disclosure they stopped doing DCM to focus more on DCE/Atlantic
