For the record, when I was marching, we didn't have a 9 week tour.   We actually had two 2 week tours separated by about a month in between.  They were referred to as "Tour A" and "Tour B", with mostly weekend shows in between.  Does anyone else on here remember this from the 70s and 80s?

Yes. 1st Tour and 2nd Tour. Local shows and parades in between. There are not enough corps now compared to the 70's & 80's to hold "local shows". You got to check in with Mom & Dad and do your laundry.

Interesting they are moving away from 825.

Interesting and perhaps even surprising, given that they won the Ott.  But, this former third soprano who matched 45 years ago is not going to second guess Gino.

So, does Boston now get to call it's hornline God's Hornline? How about God's Percussion Section? Or clearly, God's Color Guard?

Just curious.  Actually, I think they'll just call themselves Crusaders, as always.

I saw some post mention the source of the instruments becoming a problem. (trying to avoid politics).

Since 825 is owned by a Crusader Alum, it must have been a tough decision, no matter what the reason was.
