African "Field Bands"), Bob Thomas (Int'l Adjudicator), April Gilligan Martinez (Cadets), Paul Litteau (Cavaliers, Madison, Spirit), Mike Woodall (Boston), Joseph "Doc" Cinzio (Cadets), Marty Angiulli (Utica, Interstatesmen, Brigs, Sky, FL Brass), Richard Fischette (Mighty St. Joe's, Rochester Cru, Empire), George Growcott (Archer-Epler, Westshoremen, Richard Hoppe (Rochester Cru, Patriots), and Thomas Norton (Pacers, Criterions, Interstatesmen, Lawmen, Cabs, Sky Alum).
